Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy

 * All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

 * All items are subject to a fixed rate delivery charge.  As stated before checkout.

 * If a tracking number is available it will be provided, and details of how to track it. 

 * We only deliver to the registered card holders address confirmed by our payment service provider.

 * We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

 * All our deliveries will  require a signature on arrival.  Sorry but we are unable to aks the courier to leave your package with a neighbour or in a "safe place".
 * If you are out at the time of the delivery attempt, the courier will leave a card with instructions for you.

 Order Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order that has been placed with us here at Black Fox Optics, please contact customer support as early as possible by email or through our contact page or by telephone 01639 750585.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request provided that the order has not yet been shipped a full refund will be issued.  Please note that if the order has already been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order and you will be required to follow our returns policy, please see below.  Any questions please feel free to contact us and we will discuss this with you.

Returns policy

* Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

* Items are returned at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

* Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of upto 10%.

* It is advised that returned items are shipped by trackable delivery and with insurance, we cannot be held responsable for any damage or loss that incures to returned items during transit.

* To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


 Refunds policy

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

* If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

* Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

* Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges policy

* We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at
